Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Vivian Wenhuey Chen came to the United States to study law. She practiced law and worked as a banker in Boston, Massachusetts for over 30 years. While working, she always set aside time for painting and other art related activities. Relocated to Long Beach, California in 2007, she now devotes full time to making art.
