Elisa Ortega Montilla is a visual artist and a social worker from Spain who lives and works in Santa Barbara. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Master of Fine Arts and was chosen as the 2019-2020 Artist-in-Residence. She has participated in collective and solo exhibitions in Spain, Guatemala, and California.
